Shipping policy

Orders generally leave our facility within 1-2 business day after the order is placed (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays). Orders are not processed on weekends. When you select your shipping method, you will be provided various shipping speed options. Arrives fast & fresh. 

Exceptions: 

• Orders shipped to a P.O. Box will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are the same, but shipping times may be longer than quoted. 
• Orders delivered to Puerto Rico are delivered via USPS and have a shipping time of 4-7 days. 
• Please be aware that orders over $500 have a shipping time of 4-7 days.
• Soft Pretzel orders require a lead time of 1-2 business days for order processing, and will be shipped the following business day, excluding Fridays. Express delivery timelines for soft pretzels may not be guaranteed from the date an order is placed.
  
• Chocolate covered products will be shipped with ice to maintain their integrity for our no-melt guarantee, and may ship separately from the rest of your order. 

Please check your address information carefully before placing your order. Shipping addresses cannot be edited once an order prints.

Areas impacted by extreme weather conditions may result in a delay in delivery. We will alert you via email if your shipment will be delayed beyond that time for any reason.
