"Hello Pretzels, I was not at all impressed with the flavor of the strawberry flavoring on the pretzels. Your marketing is spectacular but the product is very lacking. When I emailed to ask for a refund of the 2 containers, I was told they would only offer me a $15 credit towards another order. You have a high-end reputation and attract high-end customers, I am not impressed that you dont stand behind your products. I wont be buying any more of your products to include the licorice. com which I absolutely love."
"The pretzel part is good - crunchy, tasty. The rest of it doesn’t do it for me. There’s barely any peanut butter inside and the jelly powder isn’t very exciting. Overall, these are meh. Not worth the price. Try the Almond Butter Pretzels at Trader Joe’s. They are much better and a much better value."

"When I 1st ordered it took a good while but it was worth it. This order came fast but I’m disappointed with the product. The size of the container is smaller & the pretzels are ridiculously smaller. Companies make these changes to save money but don’t satisfy the customer anymore. This is not worth my money & I will not be advising anyone to purchase anything from you. I myself will never purchase anything ever again! You can see how small they are in my video. I’m 5’8” with small hands might I add."
